Why Material Success Goes Beyond Money, Cars And A Big

Why Material Success Goes Beyond Money, Cars And A Big Home?

Ive meet people over the years that have made a great deal of money, that have material wealth, that dont feel that they are personally successful. Their lives just dont work. So we are talking about having the material things that bring you happiness but not the fear of losing them or in some causes the guilt over having them.

What I ask my clients to be is the person they want to be? That person who has all of the freedom, flexibility and joy that is part of the equation to follow. Money might be part of the solution but we are seeking more of the state of mind you want by achieving those goals. That is something you can experience as early as today.

Thomas Edison put all this in perspective: He said, If we did all the things we are capable of doing we could literally astound ourselves.

I ask clients as they go through the Creative Visualization Relaxation process, to pretend, allow, and imagine what life would be like if you woke up everyday and astounded yourself.

Once you commit to go out and try new things, and notice when you a new thing works and when they dont you will return to a state of personal power.

The secret to building success is not doing it right the first time, but knowing when you are doing it wrong so that you can do it again differently until you find a way that works for you. In the same way that you learned how to ride that bicycle, or you learned how to walk.

Very few people jumped on a bicycle and learned how to ride it perfectly the first time. I dont know of any child that stood up the first time and walked across the room. They literally learned to fall down in all conceivable ways until they learned, almost, by accident to walk across the floor.

When you think about testing your own success strategy you are going to do that in the laboratory of your mind. And that is what we are talking about with Mind Mastery. Is developing and cultivating such a powerful mind that you have a place to imagine create and rehearse new behaviors patterns and beliefs. Try them out in your mind first, and if they work for you there, then we are going to ask you take them out in the world as behaviors.

You are going to discover the power of future pacing.

Imagine where youd be a week from today, a month from today, a year from today.

One last point in closing;

There is something that we call ecology. In the same way in nature there are ecological consequences to building a factory, you have to make sure that you dont damage the water table or perhaps cause air pollution. Even though the factory would create jobs and is good for the economy the factory might be bad for the ecology. In that cause the factory might not be built.

As you practice using Creative Visualization Relaxation techniques you are going to get a clear sense of what you want to accomplish, but most importantly you are going to know when you are off course. If you are not accomplishing the goals that you have set for yourself. Then that is the time for you to take a real hard look at what are you losing, or have to give up when you accomplish this new goal. That will be the sign that you are disrupting your minds ecosystem.

Be ready to let go of where you are so you can get to where you want to be.

Top 2 Ways To Learn About Car Auctions

0 April 22nd, 2011

If this doesn’t get you excited, than nothing will! Car auctions are a fantastic way to save money on a car. There are a lot of ways to save money on a car that don’t include insurance fraud or outright theft. Buying a new car can certainly seem like a smart decision if you can save some pounds, however car auctions are where the pros get their cars. They can generally be found in all states and happen at least once a month. The trick to buying a car is to buy it at wholesale (like a used car dealer would). Just like all auctions, there are deals to be found through just a little extra leg work. Here are 2 tips to help you in you car auction quest.

1) Use the internet to your advantage. Online resources can be a great help to people who are looking to attend their first car auction. Google the term car auction KY or car auction MI to look for local car auctions in your state. Also, if you live in a small state (like a state in the northeast), make sure and look for car auction locations in nearby states. For example, if you live in Eastern Pennsylvania, you might want to try looking for car auctions NJ or car auctions NY. Often times, depending on where you live, a car auction might be happening in a nearby location that’s just over the state line.

2) Look through the local classifieds section of your newspapers. Here’s something that not a lot of people know. Classifieds sections of newspapers can be a tremendous resource due to the fact that a lot of bankruptcy auctions need to be listed in paper by law. This can be to your advantage because these auctions aren’t the normal auctions that take place and therefore might not attract a lot of attention from potential bidders.

There are a whole bunch of other tips that make these seem almost introductory. Learn them all and you could be on your way to a nice car for a low price.

The Hidden Costs Of Car Leases

0 April 15th, 2011

Be honest- are you one of those people who just loves new cars? I knew it. Thats OK, we are in the same boat. I love new cars just as much as you do. But I like not overpaying just as much if not more than you do. Thats why, when it comes to car leases, I make sure and really get to know my options and whether I should be leasing or buying my vehicles. As Ive learned (the hard way) a few times, there are all sorts of hidden costs involved in leasing a new car. And they arent what you think they are. Lets look at a few of them.

1) The monthly lease payment. Did you know that there are unscrupulous car dealers out there who will blindly rip you off if you let them. Thats right. And your monthly payment might have been arbitrarily made up by one of these dealers on the spot just by looking at you and deciding how much money they should charge you. Make sure and question everything on the lease form and ask in depth questions as to why you should be paying what you are. The fine print can be your friend, use it against the car dealer to negotiate a better deal somewhere else.

2) Keep an eye on your mileage. This is a biggie. A lot of people get wooed by the idea of a lease and its low payments. However, these same people are living the high life until the day comes when they have to finally return their vehicle. This is the day of reckoning because they get charge for overage miles. Its not a pretty site and it can seriously damage your bank account. If you lease your car, make sure your mileage doesnt exceed its limit.

3) The lack of equity. When you buy a car, you own it (or the bank owns the note on it). You dont build equity with a car lease. Your car is basically being rented. Compare the equity costs and gains before deciding on a least.

There are a ton of other hidden costs involved in car leases that make points #1-3 look small by comparison. Learn all about them.

Specialty Motor Oil Protects Cars From Ethanol

0 March 18th, 2011

Since President Bush announced an agenda for weaning the country from dependency on foreign oil, new ethanol plants have been popping up across the nation.

Ethanol demand is rising. If you fuel your car in the U.S., you are putting ethanol in your gas tank because regular gasoline now contains at least 10 percent ethanol. And many gas stations are replacing their mid-grade gasoline with E85, which is 85 percent ethanol.

The strategy seems to be working. According to Bob Dinneen, president of the Renewable Fuels Association, the U.S. has already reduced its fuel consumption considerably.

The increased use of ethanol is good news in terms of energy independence and environmental friendliness. However, its use can form acids and lead to oxidation of internal engine parts if you do not use the right motor oil.

Lubrilon, a specialty automotive oil, was specifically formulated for use with all ethanol-blended fuels. Lubrilon multi-viscosity motor oils are SAE and API licensed for use in all gasoline engines, and are engineered to help combat the acids formed when burning any modern ethanol fuel blend, including gasoline and E85.

While the name Lubrilon may be new to the average consumer, it is recognized by specialty shops, racing fans and aircraft mechanics across the U.S. Throughout its 30-year history, the Lubrilon name has been known for its lubrication products for the automotive, racing and aviation industries.

The original formula, an engine protection treatment, is still available today. That formula has been determined by university and government testing laboratories to be a one-time, permanent engine protection that virtually eliminates wear. It’s the only product of its kind on the market.

Simple tips to improve your gas mileage

0 March 11th, 2011

With gas prices seemingly out of control its more important than ever to learn how to improve gas mileage in your vehicles.

There are many simple steps you can take that are free or low cost that at first glance seem silly or even obvious but you would be surprised how many people fail to do them or ignore the warning signs their car is giving them.

Here are some quick tips that you may have missed or forgotten about. Not any single tip will make that big of a difference in increasing your gas mileage but I am a firm believer that every little thing you can do really does add up to getting better gas mileage and helping the environment in the process.

Simple Mileage Improvement Tips:

Use a sunshade to keep your car cool and avoid the use of your air conditioner as much as possible.

Park your car in the shade when it’s sunny and warm to keep your cars interior cooler.

Make sure that your parking brake is fully released before you start driving.

Avoid drive-thru lines at restaurants. Park your car and go inside and order your food as many times its a lot quicker anyway. I always laugh to myself as Im eating while I watch people sitting in their cars still waiting for their food. Just think of how much gas is wasted in those lines!

Use a block heater in winter to pre-warm your car engine.

Don’t ride the brake. Not only will this save gas but will greatly extend the life of your brake pads.

Drive with a smooth, constant speed and avoid flooring it when the stoplight turns green.

Maintain the transmission fluid in your car at the proper level for efficient gear shifting.

If there is smoke is coming from your tailpipe make sure that you make an appointment with your mechanic.

Make sure that your cooling system thermostat in your car is working properly.

Avoid air conditioning leaks by constant checkups with your mechanic. FYI – Pre-1994 vehicles use CFCs for cooling.

Immediately fix a slipping transmission.

When you rev up your vehicle’s engine it wastes gas. Avoid revving your engine before your turn it off as it really serves no purpose.

If you cant find a place to buy cheap gas on one day wait if you can until a few days later since the price of gas is constantly changing. Where I live you can almost predict which days prices will rise or fall. Start watching prices in your area to see if you can pick up on any patterns.

Buy your gas at the wholesale clubs, like Costco. You can often save over 10 cents a gallon or more. If you don’t like the wholesale clubs get a gas credit card from a major oil company. You’ll get a 1% to 5% discount when you buy your gas at their stations.

Showing ur Credibility

0 March 4th, 2011

Traditionally, the companies mentioned earlier do not even contact or go through the lien holder. The seller still remains liable for the payments, whether or not an application is submitted. This arrangement allows the owner to monitor his own payments so he is actually more secure, as is the lien holder.
The companies contend that under the Uniform Commercial Code, Article 9. Section 311, the owner of a vehicle has the right to assign his property regardless of provisions in the original purchase contract by the lien holder (which might claim such a transaction to be in default).
The lender will always hold the original owner primarily liable for payments. Even though the payments are submitted by the buyer, the lender will still acknowledge the seller as the driver and owner of the vehicle. This is because the assignment agreement is between the assignee/buyer and assignor/owner, and not between the assignee/buyer and the lender.
When you have identified several cars that you have an interest in, you are ready to make the initial contact with the owner. Throughout this conversation your goal will be to find out if the owner is in a negative equity position (or upside down) on their vehicle. Best results are obtained if the owner is just asking for what he owes on the car. Be sure to project a professional telephone personality.
You will typically have to make twenty or more phone calls to find a vehicle owner willing to assign his vehicle. One very important thing to remember, be persistent keep calling. There are thousands of desperate people needing to get out of their vehicles in every area of the country. It’s also a good idea to call the owner back a week or so after your first contact. The longer he sees that he can’t sell his vehicle, the more eager he will be to work with you.
The owner will normally want the car out of his name. His credit is riding on your making the payments. You will need to show him that he is secure and protected in dealing with you. When meeting face to face, it is extremely important that you present yourself in a professional manner. Treat this meeting as you would a job interview. This person is essentially giving his approval of you to assume his investment.
Once you have seen the car and feel that it is what you want, you are ready to make a proposal. Explain to the owner that you earn more than enough income to afford this car payment, but you cannot get financing from a bank because of some credit problems that you had in the past or because you dont have enough credit.
Tell the owner strengths about yourself that show your stability and credibility. That should include:

The length of time youve resided in your house or in the area
The length of your current employment
Your job description or job title
Home ownership if applicable
The reason for your credit problem
If you paid back past creditors
What your income level is with bonuses, future pay raises or possibly a job promotion

Describe what makes you a good risk. Let the owner know that you are building his equity in this vehicle, until you pay it off. The more payments you make, the less will be owed on it.
Give him a copy of your credit report, personal references and a copy of your driver’s license. Allow him to verify your employment and that you make your rent or mortgage payments on time.
Show them a copy of the suggested Assignment Agreement which we will give to you at the end of the book. You want to make them feel as comfortable as possible when dealing with you and having an agreement such as this could give them that security. This agreement would be a legal and binding contract with the two of you, so having it ready is a huge advantage for both of you.
Once you have satisfied all the owner’s questions, and have subdued all fears, you need to get a commitment. If the owner will not commit and wants to think about it, find out when the due date is for the next payment. The closer he gets to the next payment, the more flexible he will become.
If the owner remains undecided, you may try offering him concessions. You could offer to make a whole payment or two payments in advance. He may request some kind of security deposit, which would be held for damages. At this point, be creative and willing to empathize with the owner’s concerns.

Shopping For Used Cars

0 February 25th, 2011

When shopping for used cars, it is important to understand the value for the automobile that you are considering purchasing. One way to determine an accurate value is through Kelly Blue Book (kbb.com) and their extensive pricing system. By entering select data about both new and used cars, consumers will receive instant value estimates. In order to get an accurate value, consumers must know the make and model of the automobile, current mileage, additional features and overall condition.

Selecting from a lot of used cars can be an excellent way to own the automobile that you have always wanted, but could not afford a brand new model. Understandably so, new cars are more expensive than used cars. But, that doesnt mean there is anything wrong with purchasing used cars. No matter whether new or used, any automobile can develop a problem at any given time. That means that buying a new car does not automatically guarantee the new owner will have a smooth trouble-free ride. In addition, automobile insurance is often less expensive than those for new cars and this is another reason for the ongoing popularity of used cars.

When shopping for used cars, consumers should always take a test drive and also request to take the automobile to a trusted mechanic for further inspection. Under no circumstances should a consumer accept the word of the individual, or company, selling used cars. The only way to make sure that the automobile is in the condition as stated is to take it to a mechanic, who can properly inspect used cars and determine any underlying problems. The majority of used cars are exactly as stated but, when auto safety and a large amount of money is involved, there is no room for error in judgment.

When purchasing used cars, it may be possible to purchase a warranty contract. Not everyone realizes this, but even used cars carry warranties if they are purchased from a licensed automobile dealer. An additional warranty will, however, not generally be included in the original purchase price and may be additional. However, depending on a future problem, the additional cost of a warranty contract may very well be worth the money. Typically, the cost of the extended warranty would be figured into the entire loan amount and would ultimately only affect the monthly payments by a minimal amount.

Used cars can be found at a variety of places, including a local dealership, the classifieds section of a local newspaper, the bulletin board at a local retail or grocery store, word of mouth or even online. In many instances, a licensed dealer can order used cars from another automobile dealer. For example, if a customer wants a specific model and color of a car and knows which out-of-state dealer has that car for sale, they may request that a local dealer obtain the car so that they have the convenience of purchasing locally. This is not at all uncommon and is actually a standard practice among many dealerships offering used cars.
